Return Policy

As per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so.

However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, or believe you have experienced extenuating circumstances, we encourage you to contact our Support Team at support@calumvonmoger.com to discuss this further.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future payments! While we are sad to see you go, we want to make it as easy as possible to help you cancel.

In order to cancel your subscription, please read the following information to help this process be seamless:

• We recommend cancelling your account at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date in order for the cancellation process to complete in time
• Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds, nor pro-rate remaining subscriptions
• After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the Subscription for the entire course of the remaining billing cycle you have paid for
• To reactivate your subscription after it expires, simply log in to your dashboard to select which option you would like to re-subscribe to.
